Please help me with a argumentative essay, thank you very much

Some people think that people who choose a job early and keep doing it are more likely to have a satisfying career life than those who frequently change jobs. To what extent do you agree or this agree.

In recent years, the question of whether people who have a defined career path have greater job satisfaction than those who frequently switch jobs has been a matter of fierce debate. From my perspective, I totally agree with this statement.

The argument against this opinion would be that job hoppers desire to have more challenges and experience in a wide range of work instead of sticking to a boring routine of a desk job. I suppose this is a very short-sighted view on the grounds that they would have insufficient time to cement a strong relationship with other worker. It is clearly evident that the atmosphere at a workplace and supportive long-term colleagues are to a paramount importance in job satisfaction.

Apart from the above argument, I also believe that people staying in a job long term would increase their employment prospects, which play an essential role in job satisfaction. In other words, working a similar job enable workers to gain more valuable experience and skills, boosting their promotion opportunities. Additionally, the increase in their labor productivity would led to lucrative income. For instance, research in the United States has shown that 70% of people who have a well-paid job have worked in a certain place at least five years and they all satisfy with what they do.

In conclusion, I suppose that exciting though the job hopping entails, having a steady job would probably allow people to have more satisfying career by getting on well with colleagues as well as gaining necessary skills for the chosen job.
