Please help me understand this sentence.

It embodies in formal rules the perspective of one who can consider spatial organisation the objective outcome of objective processes, and who can separate himself literally and theoretically from the object of study.

1. Does this sentence mean "It embodies in formal rules that the perspective...."?
2. I can't figure out the meaning of the bold formatting phrase. Does that phrase mean spatial organisation *of *the objective outcome of objective processes? If my understanding is right, can the write omit "of " in such situation?

Thank you very much!
