Please help me understand the context.

Do stretches the way you would normally do. Here, it's basically saying that do stretches the way you would normally do if you were to do it right now? or What is the context for using "would" or If clause?


My other question is can we just say, "Do stretches the way you normally do." instead of the sentence with "would"? If yes, What is the difference in meaning between the sentence with "would" and the sentence without "would"? Thank you in advance.
