Please help me understand about quadruple and triple negatives in English grammar?

it seems like every where i go especially on Google i can never find the answers to my questions that i have in my mind right now my question is in English grammar how would you break down a triple negative in a sentence to make sense in correct grammar which means how would i translate a triple negative in a sentence and the same goes with a quadruple negative what are the rules or the methods out there so i can use on how to transfer triple and quadruple negatives easily in a sentence to a point where i can easily understand the sentence that have multiple negatives easily to a point where i would understand them more easily in a sentence more easily just saying so i can easily translate what negatives are best for aka confusion i want to know the correct process or methods of how to translate multiple negatives in English to a point where i can easily read a sentence perfectly and understand it more clearly please guys don't just give me answers about double negatives i know about them all ready am just frustrated because every body never talk about quadruple and triple negatives on the internet every one is always talking about double negatives please message me some one i just want to get good at understanding sentences that have multiple negatives and yes i know that multiple negatives are incorrect to use but believe me there is a lot of people that are all ways using multiple negatives in there sentences especially on the internet
