Please help me to write a formal letter to English school

Hi every body,

This is my first time visiting this very useful site by "google"

I'm actually tiring to write formal letter to English school in UK. I want to ask about the courses, tuition, housing, meals and transportation.

I don't want any body write it for me I want to guide me and show me the formal layout then correct me for any mistakes.
