Please help me to revise my letter: Follow Request for the replacement of Old Mattress

Dear Sir,

I just wanted to follow up with you the status of my request replacement of my old mattress as it's already torn and sagging in the middle. I sent an email last March 20, 2019 but unfortunately my request is still pending.
