Please help me to review IELTS Task 2

Whether or not someone achieves their aims is mostly by a question of luck. To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

Some people argue that their success mostly contributed by luck instead of their efforts. In my opinion, I totally disagree with that belief.

On one hand, I believe that indigenous people often achieve success more frequent than other ones. First, it is noticeable that renowned people always put more their efforts into their business. For instance, in order to establish a trillion dollar company, Steve Job who is the great CEO of Apple had to spend thousands of hours to enhance his skill in technology and experiment several times to inventing a new generation of iPhone which has a huge impact on human life until now. Second, less fortunate people also could reach higher achievement if they utilize enough time for their target. Nick Vujicic, an English motivational speaker, who struggles with his congenital diseases become a mirror to encourage the spirit of many people around the world.

On the other hand, luck is only a small factor which contributes to one’s success. To begin with, people could not depend on luck to become successful. Students could not sail through their exam if they do not gain their knowledge how no matter how lucky he or she may be. In addition, luck does not exist in every case. For example, a person who wins a lottery definitely a lucky because winning a lottery does not require you to do anything to earn it but he or she could not win the lottery again for the rest of his or her life.

In conclusion, for the reason I mentioned above, I strongly believe that in order to achieve objectives in life, people must be extremely hard-working to follow their target until the end.
