The poor might perceive that the rich is the principal force of hindrance to their occupational and service opportunities. This potentially is the onset of social anarchy.

There are several effective measures should be implemented to reduce those problems. The first solution is that part of the public purse should be allocated to the education system for the poor. The incentive can help those on a tight budget have job opportunities, which results in the dramatic reduction in the poor rates. Secondly, higher taxes should be levied on the rich. The rich are taxed proportionally more than the poor, which can reduce the amount of income inequality in society.
