please help me to my confusion about 'NOUN CLAUSES'

Please check my understandings about noun clauses and clear my confusion.

These are the noun clauses that replace pronouns of things like it,them and other nouns of things like mountain, pen etc.
a. What I am saying.
B. What it looks like.
C. What the answer is.
D.what you know.
E. What I believe.
These noun clauses can be replaced by 'it'.

The following sentences below are the noun clauses that can be replaced with the pronouns of person like
me,him,her etc.

A.who you are.
B. Whoever he is.
C. Whom you hate most.
d. Who comes first.
E. Whom you are talking to.
These noun clauses can be replaced by pronouns of person her, him,me etc.

Then, is this the correct process to use noun clauses in sentences.
a. I am talking to her.
now I am going to replace a noun clause "whom you hate most".the sentence is going to like,
a.I am talking to whom you hate most.(used instead of her)

Again,I am going to replace a noun clause "what you are saying " with pronoun 'it's.
a. I am listening to it.
It is going to be like,
A. I am listening to what you are saying.(used instead of 'it') is my understanding .if I am wrong somewhere please help me. I know the better sentence could be,I am talking to the one whom you hate most.
