i found this topic on google when i searched bout' topics in ielts part 1.

-being alone-

being alone is not bad, and is splendid if you really feel free, happy and refresh. Everyone need their own time, their own self time to talk with their mind, their brains and just like feeling okay, feeling happy. From the bottom of ours mind, there's a lot of stuffs that happening in everyday life, day be day. Maybe we're thinking about what others people think about us, what will going to in the future with anxiety, disoder, and anxious. Maybe just a little bit of things make us feel extremely angry, extremly annoyed, and that's all like we're disagree with someone or something, that're really don't accepting everything in this moment. And then we feel stressed. That's one part when we need being alone. Being alone that really helps us alot, helps mental health a lot. The more we're being alone, the more we're going to know and understand ourselves,understand what's our life's purpose. But being alone not like alone with your phone, scroll facebook, or read negative comments, expect about drama... Being alone will helps if we spend that time for ourself, for our body. Maybe like we're journal, write something on your dairy, sleep a little bit to clam down, or just sit in our bed, drink a cup of warm water, warm tea, warm smoothie and listen to some music songs. So that's edequate for us. Just alittle bit of act will help alot for our body, include our mind and our brain.
