Please help me to fix my grammar errors and logical,parallel expression

That forced censorship lead to self-censorship is what has happened in China nowadays. James Fallo of the Atlantic explained: “The idea is that if you're never quite sure when, why and how hard the boom might be lowered on you, you start controlling yourself, rather than being limited strictly by what the government is able to control directly." Unlike most Chinese concern, 80% of Chinese firmly believe that the Internet and online platforms should be managed and 85% agree that it is the government who should be responsible for doing it. In the comparison with Chinese, Americans play an emphasis on human rights associated with using Internet such as reading anything according to their desires and accessing any storage of information that they aspire to read without any censorship. Apparently, there are many critical differences between Chinese and American’s internet usage namely social media, search engine and social networking site.
