Please help me to fix errors in my sentences

As per our clearing agent, the above container was off-loaded at the port for custom inspection. After the custom inspection, items were loaded onto the truck and delivered it to us as 70 loose boxes. The boxes were not stacked as per the handling labels on its boxes. These items were already double handled and improperly stacked so there could be damages.
