please help me to edit my short letter

00 I am applying for a Master programme , I have to provide 01 b 00 TOEFL certificate 02 b 00 00 . at the time of applying i don't have any certificate, but i will take TOEFL test later on. i have to mention in my application form somehow i will send them my test result ,and i want to ask them don't reject my application base on my TOEFL. 02 br

00 I am going to take a TOEFL test on 19 01 sup 00 th 02 sup 00 Feb 2007, I will send you my certificate as soon as possible. 02 br

00 There wasn't TOEFL test in my country before few years age, for taking the test people had to travel to another country .so that some young students couldn't afford it. fortunately recently test takes place in my country too, beside its high registration fee we do have chance to take it. 02 br
