Please help me to crrect these sentences

Since the project is underway to handover, we are arranging for shifting of items to the project this week. So, please confirm when we can have the missing part or replacement for the item supplied incomplete.

We haven't yet received any replacement for the docking stations which we used from TRL project for our Island Project
