Please help me to correct this sentence ! URGENT
I want to tell my teammates that there will be a bus waiting downstairs to take us to the next meeting on Monday. The bus will leave at 8:45am and also to take us back. Can I write something like:
" Please note that there will be a bus waiting for us downstairs at 8:45am on the 5th. We will leave together as a team, please don't be late. "
I hope someone can help me with this message.
