Please help me to correct this sentence

Hi, I have a doubt of using 'can' and 'will' in the below sentence. Please telll the meaning of both sentences and correct them.

1] Where can we go for lunch today? When can we go for shopping?

2]Where will we go for lunch today? When will we go for shopping?

Please help me with the correct one.
