Please help me to correct this paragraph for newsletter

We are happy to announce that REVIEWS are finally done! Once you receive them by email, see your secretary to schedule a time to meet with your principal to go over your review. Use this time to discuss outcomes and solutions for improvement and/or changes. This will not only improve communication, but help you to understand the direction in which your principal would like the afterschool program to change moving forward.
