I am writing to inquire about Appointment of International Patients. Please help me to get some information about appointment.

Summary of the medical situation

My uncle (Mr. Matin), 55 years old was diagnosed with stroke in brain 24 October 2017. At that time, he hospitalized for one week. After that he back to home and again encounter 2nd stroke in brain 9th November 2017 with Paralysis of right side of boday. I would like to know how much does it approx cost for tretments of stroke in brain and also the procedure to get appointment of doctors.
