Please help me to correct these sentences
I have attached a copy of the request letter of salary increase received from one of the staff members, Mr. Andrew Philip in our department.
He mentioned that he is struggling with current salary structure to cope with his basis needs because of the current inflation in the country has made the cost of living my higher.
All the staff members concerned are in need of a salary raise.
