Please help me to correct these sentences.

The client has reported a water leak from the bathtub which was recently installed in Guest Bathroom

On contacting the supplier representative, he came with his plumber to rectify the water leaks but in vain. His plumber tried to repair it for two days but he was not able to fix the issue. The water leaks from the pop up waste system. We have asked them to replace the defective part and not try to repair it which will result in time lags nothing happens. He now keep promises to change the part but nothing turn out.
