Please help me to correct these sentences

The above shipment was carefully offloaded and kept it in our stores. All packages were found well packed and no external damages were found. Please confirm if the purchase order is for both supply and installation; otherwise we will open and check each package against our P.O and specification and then forward our report accordingly.
