Please help me to correct these sentences

I am writing this email for one of my friends, Mr. Chris who would like to conduct a clinical audit on oncology at any reputed hospital in your country. If you could arrange this with your hospital or give reference for any hospital where we can approach for the clinical audit and clinical elective.
