Please help me to correct these sentences

Hi Teachers,

Please look at the sentence below and please help me to correct them.

It seems that if the reservation is uploaded by multiple reservations then the quantity will always appear in the system wrongly. Either it will be a double the quantity or more than the quantity in stock

We don't know what is an exact quantity of the item that we need to issue to the site. What is required, in what quantity they reserved for the project.
