Please help me to correct these sentences.

As per the request below, we sent our team to the site to inspect the furniture which were being flown or scattered due to heavy wind. There were four parasols and two chaise lounge were found to be damaged upon inspection. There are light weight furniture except for parasol, these umbrellas have base stand weight but it should be closed during high wind conditions and other furniture should be removed and kept inside when wind blows so that we can avoid this kind of damages. Since they are placed near the rooftop pool, there is chance to fall over once strong winds. However, we have taken all the damaged items to our workshop and let us see how we can repair it.
