Please help me to correct these sentences
I used my SCB ATM card to withdraw USD 2000 from ICC ATM at (place) on (date) at 18.00 hrs. The transaction was processed, but the cash has not been dispensed. I received a message on my mobile that USD 2000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand. Attached the screenshot of SMS received from your bank for your reference. The details of ATM ID, translation reference and the amount have been clearly mentioned in the SMS. Also. I checked my account through online and have found that the amount of requested funds had been debited from my account.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to reverse the amount of USD 2000 to my account.
