In addition, we also noticed that the main water line was found damaged by on-going construction work in neighbouring place. The pipe has many holes in places so we recommend that you to change the whole pipe, instead repair it with PVC unions.

Assumed context: A complain notification to a contractor.

We have found several leaks on the roof from the heavy rain we had last week, especially more severe at the location where you had done the waterproofing (not long ago). Also, we also found damage on the main water line which we have reason and evidence to believe was damaged by the ongoing construction ( by the neighbor). The water pipe has several punctures /holes. We demand that the entire pipe be replaced at your expense. Repairing the pipe with pipe sections and unions will not be an acceptable option.

???What is unclear to me is, These are separate problems areas. totally not related. Was this contractor doing the rook work and plumbing?
