Please help me to correct these sentences

We prefer to have adjoining rooms. Since they are a family, we would like to reserve 2 double rooms which have interconnection.
If you have adjoining rooms, please proceed with the booking for 2 double rooms (interconnecting rooms) from 28th October to 7th November 2018, 10 nights as per the quotation forwarded.
In addition, please cancel the booking for 5 deluxe rooms for one night from 30 October to 31 October 2018
Please let us know if you require any initial deposit against the reservation or you require only the payment at the time of hotel check-in.
We look forward to receiving a letter confirming our reservation.
