Please help me to correct these sentences

Currently the maintenance amount is too huge for an average person in the society. As I recall, initially it will be at every 3 years, but it is now annually which will be a another burden on our shoulders. I am not against the sinking fund but minimize the amount and reduce the frequency which will be good for everyone.

Top answer

The maintenance fees are unaffordable for the average person. It used to be assessed every three years, and that is being changed to annually. I object to this amount and the change in billing frequency.
