Please help me to correct these sentences

Please look at the sentences below and advise me if they are grammatically correct.

Please advise us if we can proceed with the work as mentioned in the attached report, so we can avoid expenses and time to be incurred on the removal of wood panel, breaking of wall and restore the area after repair of water leak. Instead, we just have to provide a "T" and connect it to the existing water line for washbasin #2 and then use a 1/2" flexible hose to connect between "T" and the faucet in washbasin #1 so that we can resolve the water issue in the wash area. This is only for less than half an hour job. We have already closed the water line for washbasin #1 in the ceiling so there will be no water leak in the wall.
