Please help me to correct these sentences

It seems that there is color fade in wooden plates supplied, and slight dents were also noticed on the rim of the plate because these were stacked one by one in the carton.

Supplier is saying that it is its default colour and finishes, and no defectives. We checked other new lot of plares at their showroom, but all are found same.
