Please help me to correct these sentences

The following employees' ID card is not being read. It seems that there is a problem with its chip. As per the government's new rules, all the telephone numbers must be linked with their respective ID. In order to update their personal details with the ID, the chip should be read, but it doesn't work. Therefore, we request you to arrange for the replacement cards with SPR office.

In addition, Mr. Felix's family's ID card has been expired last month. In order to renew their ID, Felix' s address details to be updated based on their current residence address. Since they all are under special registration, we need to request SPR office to arrange for the renewal of their ID and replace all the cards which are not working. Remember that they can't do it their own as they are all under special registration system.
