Please help me to correct these sentences

It seems that the item name is listed now combined with the item part number in the system.

We previously had a separate field for the part number, so we could check the part number of the items in stock list by conditional formatting when we have repeat orders to avoid duplicating.

We can't check / search for multiple records at same time. We can search only for single entry at a time in the system.
