Please help me to correct these sentences

My son, Neil is in Grade V. We already submitted our application for issue of Transfer certificate and mark list to the school on 14th March 2018

As we stated in our application, we are leaving by next week, therefore, we hereby request that you arrange for early preparing and issue of transfer certificate.
