Please help me to correct these sentences
As we discussed, I am facing some issues in the system when I tried to make changes in the status of delivery reports. The status is not changing after we changed the items status to unavailable, but we can see the notes in the root directory that the item reserved has been delivered. It was supposed to be reflected in the report, based on the changes we made.
