Please help me to correct these sentences?

Since the we do not have a key or we do not know the code for the combination key for the safe in the management office, we can't shift the safe without damage the items kept inside the safe. If any fragile items like special crystal piece or expensive gift items..etc are kept inside the safe, we should have taken out them from the safe before we shift the safe to another place but here nobody has a key or code so we do not have any other choice rather than shifting it as it is because we have to hand over the premises to the landlord end of this month. Therefore, we will try to shift it to the new premises without any damage but we will not held responsible for any items kept inside damage occurred during transit.
