Please help me to correct these sentences

We noticed that leather bin and desk blotter supplied have greasy. Leather joint on the bins were not good enough and slacks were found in leather bins because it is not adhere well to the surface.

I am not sure what "it" is that does not adhere.
However, as far as I understand this, I would say:

We noticed that the leather bin and the desk blotter you supplied were greasy. The leather joint on the bins was inadequate and the leather bins were slack because (??) did not adhere well to the surface.

Yes, the sentences are correct. (By the way, I am not sure what you refer to by the "leather joint" on the bin. I have trouble picturing it. However, if you have a joint and it is not working well, this is fine.)
