Please help me to correct these sentences

We ordered same model on the both orders. It was supposed to be ordered 9 nos of Panasonic 65" TV as per the revised drawing. but we ordered 8 nos of Panasonic 65" TV plus 1 no. 55" Sony LCD TV with the order number FL500125.
Earlier we received 9 nos of 55" Sony TV for this project, which have been cancelled as per the revised specification and drawing, but again we ordered 55" Sony TV instead of Panasonic 65" TV so we have short of 1 Panasonic 65" TV

I also don't understand the above. I suggest you rewrite your text in point form; e.g.,

1- For order #16ABCD, we ordered 20 65-inch Panasonic TVs, but you sent us 19 55-inch Sony LCD TVs.

2- For order #16XYXS, we initially ordered 30 55-inch Panasonic TVs, but we amended the quantity ordered to 25. However, you sent us 10 65-inch Sony LCD TVs.

Thanks once again.

Yes, it is our procurement department's mistake.

1- For order #FL500105, we ordered and received 9 units of 55" Sony TVs then it had been cancelled due to changes in the specification.

2- For order #500125 we ordered and received 8 nos of Panasonic 65" TV plus 1 no. 55" Sony LCD TV, but it was

In business communications, it is critically important to be very clear. If you confuse your reader, you won't get what you want.

1- For order #FL500105, we ordered and received nine (9) 55" Sony TVs. But the order had been cancelled due to changes in the specifications. So we are returning these Sony TVs.

2- For order #500125 we ordered and received eigh
