Please help me to correct these sentences

It's been more than 2 months since the following employees' ID has given to the PRO department for renewal, but nothing has been done. They urgently need their ID to be renewed as they have personal issues like they can't go to the hospital and other government related issues. They now saying that they will do it with the local agent and charges will be around $ 65-70. Therefore, please return back their ID along with their original application.
