Please help me to correct these sentences
Due to personal issues, I have relocated my child to hometown. As there is no one else there to look after my kids, I shall be with my kids during my child care leave.Therefore, I kindly request that you grand me a permission to leave this town for aforesaid period.

In our place, we are eligible for childcare leave if the child is less than 7 years old. According to our office rules, we cant leave the town unless I have a permission from authority. The leave has been approved but I need to obtain a permission from Headquarters in order to leave out of station. So, Shall I write as follows.
