Please help me to correct these sentences

The room reference 118E has been mentioned on item #12 and item #46.repeatedly. Both are different models but the item #46 matches our specification. Please confirm which is right item to be used for the room 118E?

Please find attached the delivery note for the wiring accessories prepared room by room as per the schedule provided. We are still missing some of the items even after the last lot received from the supplier. Please advise when we can have a full items as per the schedule provided, and also, please confirm if we can arrange for the delivery as per the above delivery note.

In our purchase order, we have ordered 2 different TV units for room 118E which are on item #12 and 46 in the order. But we can fix only one unit as per the drawing, so we want to know which is the right one to be used for this room?
