Please help me to correct these sentences

As the existing management will be changed next month, they have issued the rent invoice for the month of April only. After the change of ownership and amendment of rental agreemen, the new management will issue the rental invoice for three months advance periods as before, which starts on May onwards. So, they asked us to release the rent payment for the current month immediately
