Please help me to correct these sentences

In order to fix the additional safty rope for the suspended lights installed in the living room as per your sketch, we need to make cut-out in gypsum ceiling. Since it is a design pattern ceiling, we can't make cutout in the ceiling. if we make opening in the ceiling, the design will be damaged.
We have an other option that the attach the rope to the existing rode and then through the rose and achor to the metal plate fixed on the concrete ceiling. For this, we don't have to make any cut-out in the gypsum ceiling
