Please help me to correct these sentences

Upon inspection, the left module of the reclining three seater sofa was not found to be functioning. The left module was received in a lower tilt position and it doesn't move to upright position. This three seater has one fixed center module (which doesn't move back / upward) and one left & right module. The right module is functioning as indication on the remote provided.
