Please help me to correct these sentences
It has been reported by the client representative that the three ipods were missing in our delivery on [date].
According to our inspection, we have received all the items against order, nothing was found missing from the shipment and the same was handed over to the client.
They have acknowledged the delivery receipt after counting all the items and found everything in order. They are now simply saying that we have delivered only 47 ipods and 3 empty boxes which they haven't found anything in it.
