Please help me to correct these sentences

As per your brief, the general cleaning work will be done by the main contractor and we need to do only the cleaning work for our scope of work which will be 35% of the general cleaning work that only I have quoted.
I know I have never received any drawing or even a clear details from you for any project till now that's why we get messed up with your project. All other QS are giving full scope of work on their project, but not you.
