Please help me to correct these sentences

The data entered look the same as code: 8565. If you have already entered this code with corresponding data, please remove it so that it will not be a double entry.

Your intended reader will probably understand OK, if he is familiar with the system. For me to comment, I'd have to know how the code is used, and how it relates to the data. Are you sure that it is correct to use the word 'code?
