Please help me to correct these sentences

We noticed that some of your guys from your department who used to throw the cigarettes' butts on the ground without proper extinguish while they are using our building area for recreational activities. After your visit last week, the security guard has stomped out a still glowing butt near the entrance door. Please extinguish your cigarette butts properly and put them in the trash placed near the pantry door. As a safe guard of the building, the smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building premises .The fire danger is high in the summer season, so please do not throw the cigarettes' butts on the ground.
