Please help me to correct these sentences

As requested by the client, we have accepted all unfinished items from our joienry sub-contractor and are being kept in our rented warehouse. 35% of the space is being used for these items so the 35% of the rent which amounted to $ XXXXX can be charged to this account. Note that what the supplier is claiming in their delivery note about the percentage of the work completion is not correct. All items are unfinished and 50 to 70 % of the finish to the items were only completed.
