Please help me to correct these sentences

This order has taken place in two separate deliveries on [date] and [date] repectively. We were supposed to receive 15 items as per the packing list, but they could only identified us 6 items out 15 in the packing list. Some of the remaining items do not have any part number and some of them have part number but which are not matching the packing list provided. Please ask our supplier to provide the part manuals with images and reference number only then can we verify all the items against the packing list
