Please help me to correct these sentences

First of all, I would like to thank you for your generosity show on the fundraising for his medical treatment.

Please note that we have made the fund collection in our department which amounted to $ XXXX.XX. We made the corresponding draft in the amount of $ XXXX.XXand sent it to him on[date].

Once again, I thank you for your kindness and sincere cooperation to achieve a wonderful triumph on this matter /

I do appreciate your willingness to support him in his medical treatment and I thank you for your generosity
